Thornton Pianos use this website to promote our range of products and services to the general public. At no point will information of a personal nature which is passed to us by a customer by email or other web based means be collated, stored, filed or passed on to third parties and will be retained solely as a record of communications with Thornton Pianos.

Retention of any information in the form of email addresses, phone numbers and home addresses will be kept for the purposes of  guarantee/warranty requirements associated with the sale of our product ranges but may also be used to inform the general public of promotions and special offers which we run from time to time. No information pertaining to banking/payment details received from a customer other than the issuing a receipt as required will be kept by us.

Should anyone wishing to have their correspondence removed, deleted and erased from our records once a guarantee/warranty has lapsed or if you do not wish to be contacted by us we kindly ask you to send your request by email or standard letter. We are unable to delete information if that request is indicated to us by phone as we wish to retain a copy in printed form to show that we have met our obligations under GDPR.
