Now that we are back open we are finding that our customers are delighted to be able to visit retail outlets again and are very happy with the space here in our showroom where "social distancing" is not an issue. The layout of our showroom allows visitors to play the pianos in comfort and not feel cramped in any way as they experience the quality of the pianos on display.
Our appointment system also affords customers the additional security of knowing that they have their time slot which will be not interrupted by a surprise walk in by another customer. The contact track and trace system which we also have in place along with our Covid 19 protocols are designed to keep everyone from customers to our staff safe.
